Same here, I have the same situation when I reported on March 29, 2025 I purchased gems, immediately spent 325 of them in Solaitaire Home Story, screen briefly froze (and was NOT my connection), reported it, provided all evidence needed and all they do is pass the issue to different people who have misinterpreted the problem, try to reply in German instead of English, and all sorts of other f**ckery. I swear they need a class action suit brought against them, worst customer experience ever. My case 207282276 still not fixed!
