Where the heck is a live support person?

Yesterday, 8/27/2026, I purchased 600 gems. It said the transaction didn't work so I processed a new transaction. Now, my bank account is overdrawn and I have a fee because you charged me for the transaction that didn't work. I don't have the gems either. 

Attached is the transaction in question. I want my $ back and the overdraft fee on top of it since this is your fault. I used to enjoy these games because they were well crafted and support was good. 

I think I will not be renewing my membership since things no longer work properly and it is impossible to easily find an actual help person. 

why is it so difficult EA? I am very disappointed. been on this forum since 2010.
