Game loads fine. Make one move and doll hangs midair and game freezes. Chrome, Edge, and Silk browsers all have this issue

Hey folks, merged these two threads together here as it seems to be the same problem, I'm going to raise this up to the game team and see if we can reproduce the issue.
I use chrome and it still freezes
I used Chrome and Safari and the game Trizzle keeps freezing. How are we suppose to play a challenge if the game is not working?
That's what I would like to know. The game is not playable at all.
