Hey folks, merged these two threads together here as it seems to be the same problem, I'm going to raise this up to the game team and see if we can reproduce the issue.

Happening on my new preferred laptop since May 1st, since I tried to complete the Daily Challenge. I also cannot get the tutorial to stop running.
I am using the latest version of the Chrome browser, and I have cleared the cache several times. I even reset Chrome to default, but still cannot play Trizzle.
I have played Trizzle a few times prior to May 1st on my new laptop.
I am not having any problems with any other Pogo games.
I am able to play Trizzle on my old laptop.

Same issue here. Happened months ago and I skipped the challenge then. Trying to do the new challenge today and still the same, Same issue on Chrome and Edge. Cleared Cache, restarted browsers and computer, hardware acceleration is on... My laptop is only a few months old and has 16GB of RAM.

Once Trizzle stopped working for me, the only solution I found was to Disable Hardware Acceleration in the browser Settings.
Browsers: Chrome and new Edge (Edge Chromium)
Trizzle problems I encountered:
- Game freezes after first match of dolls.
- Tutorial keeps running, even though I had disabled it (set it not to run).
I only disabled Hardware Acceleration in Edge. Thus, I can only play Trizzle in Edge.
