Community ManagerHey folks, merged these two threads together here as it seems to be the same problem, I'm going to raise this up to the game team and see if we can reproduce the issue.
Same issue here. Happened months ago and I skipped the challenge then. Trying to do the new challenge today and still the same, Same issue on Chrome and Edge. Cleared Cache, restarted browsers and computer, hardware acceleration is on... My laptop is only a few months old and has 16GB of RAM.
Once Trizzle stopped working for me, the only solution I found was to Disable Hardware Acceleration in the browser Settings.
Browsers: Chrome and new Edge (Edge Chromium)
Trizzle problems I encountered:
- Game freezes after first match of dolls.
- Tutorial keeps running, even though I had disabled it (set it not to run).
I only disabled Hardware Acceleration in Edge. Thus, I can only play Trizzle in Edge.
Problem with disabling hardware acceleration is it makes the game work really really slow. It's painful to watch, and not worth playing if it moves that slow. This has been a problem for me for a long time, I disabled the hardware acceleration and that solved my problem. But as I said I couldn't stand watching the game play so slowly. I enabled the hardware acceleration again and everything worked as it should. But recently upgraded to Windows 11 and now when I try to play Trizzle it freezes again. If I disable the hardware acceleration again it slows down, but I can't get it to play normal again. There is some nasty bug in this game that needs to be fixed as this has been going on for a long time, and many people are having the problem.
