I am also having that issue. I keep missing half of what I had when I re-enter the game.

Why do we waste more pixels here? We report a problem. They placate us with a refund. More problems pop up. I just lost over 7.5 million.

Not only am I missing “millions” earned, but I purchased 2 sets of 2nd CHANCE Power-ups for 25 gems each (total 50), NO POWER-UPS, but the GEMS ARE ALL GONE.

I play until I can claim the daily bonus and build on the next 2 properties (same color) on my board. But the last 4 days after earning enough to upgrade the 2 properties I receive an error message preventing the upgrading the 2nd property. Upon exiting the game and re-entering a substantial amount of money (15 million today) has been removed from $ balance presenting a considerable amount of game play.

Same here and I’m getting tired of it. The money lost was won by buying diamonds so in my mind you’re taking my money twice. This evening before I logged off I had 13,334,307. I got that stupid error code message. When I logged back in I only had 333 something. Might I suggest that you go back to the prior software until you get the bugs out of this one.

I’m having the same issue. Left the game with over 70 million but only had 41 million when I returned to the game. Very frustrating
