MONOPOLY Sudoku - Money Reset to 10,000 but still in City #3
On November 1, 2022 and prior to clicking on the 1.5 Billion dollar button in MONOPOLY Sudoku to go to City #4 (the new city), I had accrued the maximum amount of MONOPOLY money (over 2 Billion).
After clicking on the 1.5 Billion "New City" button, I got an airplane window with passing clouds and a 2 hours later message, but the screen never changed.
After waiting a couple of minutes, I exited and relaunched MONOPOLY Sudoku. I still got the airplane window with passing clouds and a 2 hours later message. So, I waited a couple more minutes again, but the screen did not change.
I exited MONOPOLY Sudoku a second time and closed Pogo and the associated Chrome browser window. I then relaunched Chrome, relaunched Pogo and relaunched MONOPOLY Sudoku. This time (now), I only have 10,000 MONOPOLY dollars, but I an still in City #3 (the city I completed a while ago).

I believe the team has made some changes since this post was first made.
Can we try the following steps and check if you notice progress lost again?
- Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
- Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
- Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
- Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
- Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)
