Monopoly Sudoku - Unable to enter City 3

Monopoly Sudoku - new city is not loading. Maxed out earned "dollars" and surpassed the minimum to get a new city by double. I'm currently at City #2 trying to get to City #3. Help!

    They have not released City number three yet!  You will just have to wait until it is released, It was a long time before they released city number two....

@sdodgeqt I have been trying to get to city 3 sense Feb. and have lost millions of monopoly dollars cause every time I go to see if the game is there I lost not only that but you are giving us games to play that we can't. Please can you get the game loaded for us.

This week they did release city 3.   You should now be able to click on it and get in if you have earned enough.  I have 154 of 256 stars in there now.

    I have 256 stars and $762 million and still not getting into 3rd city.
