Monopoly Sudoku does not recognize board completed

Normally playing from Google pixel phone Android version 13

monopoly sudoku is stuck and does not recognize the board is complete  screenshot is from my laptop, running windows 10 home/Chrome browser    also tried using firefox browser  , cleared cookies, etc.  Looks like the trouble is Pogo.com end to me
