I am playing in the new city and when I am showing I have enough points for an upgrade it gives me unknown errohaas occurred, pease try again. Error Code:PCE7. WHen I refresh the page my total dollars drops way down and I have to get more points and this keeps happening every time I try to upgrade. My user name ie lwynnsMC. I am using a windows 11 Pro destop. I am attaching 3 screens. The first is the error. The others show my total before refresh and after doing a refresh.
