I'm having the same problem: I keep encountering error PCE-7 when trying to upgrade properties in monopoly sudoku. The money gets taken but the property doesn't get upgraded. I've had this happen 3-4 times in recent weeks.

I'm also very annoyed at how difficult it is to submit an issue, I couldn't find a way to create a case. It appears deliberately convoluted to prevent submissions. Been paying good money for a long time, I expect better support...
