Monopoly Sudoku Free Event not giving credit for games won

Hello. I have activated the Free Event for Monopoly Sudoku but I'm  not getting credit for  Monopoly Sudoku  today in the Free Event where you have to win 13 games with 2 or more lives left. 

I have activated the event and also cleared the cache and rebooted my device several times but still not getting credit. 

Please look into this.  Thank you.
