Monopoly Sudoku Free Event not giving credit for games won

Hello. I have activated the Free Event for Monopoly Sudoku but I'm  not getting credit for  Monopoly Sudoku  today in the Free Event where you have to win 13 games with 2 or more lives left.  I have...

I m having same problem with this as well as 3 other games in this event.  I activate them but they don't activate
