Monopoly Sudoku issues

Trying to complete Monopoly Sudoku daily challenge and game keeps kicking me out, loosing progress, restarting and not saving already completed rounds. Other users in the chat are having the same problems so I know it’s not my system.

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) 
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know: 

    • Screenname:
    • Device Make/Model:
    • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
    • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

    I have gotten all the points I need to advance to next city and my points are gone but I havent advanced thru the clouds . This happened once before a few cities back and i was rewarded my points. Why does this happen? It's such a fun game and changing browsers or clearing caches don't seem to help! ESNYDR1 chrome on Lenovo desktop windows 10.
