I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with Monopoly Sudoku. I double‑checked the game before replying and it’s loading and playing on the website itself. That said, let’s figure out what’s going on so you can get back to playing!
How can this happen? Pogo is a browser-based gaming site, each game stores its own data separately, and different games place different demands on our browser, system, and graphics, so the experience can vary from game to game.
Additionally gaming on our devices is a lot different from casual web browsing! Problems can come from an outdated browser, stale cache and cookies, browser extensions like ad blockers or VPNs, pending device or graphics updates, or even our internet routers — yes, routers need a bit of care and updating from time to time too.
Quick check: Try toggling hardware acceleration in your browser settings — if it's on, turn it off; if it's off, turn it on. This switches your browser to a different rendering path, and one of the two usually works! Then restart your browser completely and test the game again. If turning it off fixed the game, a graphics driver update usually repairs the fast path so you can turn acceleration back on later.
This step applies to all desktop browsers. (On a phone or tablet? This setting doesn't apply — start with the Tablets & Phones guide below instead.) If that doesn't resolve it, the Graphics Guide below is designed for this exact issue.
