monopoly sudoku

monopoly sudoku loads very slow and when I press on the play sudoku 

button i get only a white board. this has been going on for over a month now, I've

missed all the monthly challenges and will have to pay to get badges.

please look into this. it should not take this long to fix

    Thanks for letting us know about this, Depending on the device and web browser you are using can you try going through the steps below to see if this continues?  

      

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game   
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link) 
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates   
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games  

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot of the Error or a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

  • still can't play and  i will miss another challenge . please fix it's been almost six weeks now

    is anyone working on these problems

  • I've sent 6 emails to EA and they tell me others are having this problem too.

    However, this has been going on for me for 4 months.  Last time I lost 1,400 pogis

    because it was the game of the month.  Now it's on this new month challenge for

    December and if you don't play and win Monopoly Sudoku, you can't move on to

    the next challenge.

    AND of course, this will be a loss of 8,200 pogis to fill in the constellation and there

    is no way to complete it without buying more games to fill in for the shortages you

    got because the game doesn't work.

    Very frustrating - not 4 weeks sir - 4 months!

  • I've had this issue since finishing the first city.  I was told it should be fixed when they opened the airport level.  NOPE.  It's been MONTHS since I could play.    Playing on Chrome but actually tried in Edge (shudder) too, my system exceeds the requirements, clear my cache weekly, lots of reboots . .  please fix it.
