Monopoly Sudoku

I  have not been earning my winnings in the Monopoly Sudoku game for weeks.  Do you have a fix for this?  Not seeing it on the community boards.

I have used both Firefox and Safari and neither works......

Please help!!!

    Thanks for letting us know about this, Depending on the device and web browser you are using can you try going through the steps below to see if this continues?  

      

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game   
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link) 
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates   
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games  

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot of the Error or a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

    Doesn't work.  This works when it's a user problem, NOT when it's a problem with the game itself.  Please check the many complaints (for months) about these issues.  Tech support has been useless.

    I am using Chrome and I won't always get my rent.  I will get an error message that flashes and then disappears.  I was waiting for it this time and took a grab.  The error code is PCE-16. I'm not sure if that's always the error code.  But all the properties reset and no rent is credited.  It mostly seems to happen when I am in another game and switch to Monopoly.
