monopoly sudoku

The game loads and  the Money window appears. I click on it, then it drops down to cover up the play sudoku button. Once that happens I have to leave Pogo totally as it freezes and doesn't respond to anything.

On the challenge I had 4 wins and can't go any further.

  • Hi @paned2kI Can you try going through the follow steps and let us know if this continues?

       

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game    
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)  
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates    
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot or video clip of the Error as well as a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

    Hey there @WantedNow12 Are you still experiencing this issue? If so:

    • What browser are you using?
    • Does this happen every time you log into the game?
    • What steps have you taken to try and resolve the issue?
    • Please provide a screenshot of when this happens.

    The issue happened when I hit 4 Sudokus. After that, the game stopoed working. I tried multiple times that first day. The 2nd day is when the window comes up welcoming me back and awarding $5,500 to off line. (I have no idea what off-line is about.)

    I use the latest Firefox Browser, all up to date. Windows 10 Pro OS updated, 16 Gig RAM, 1 TB HD,
    I exited the game, cleared Cache in Windows & Adobe Flash (none there) then rebooted the system.

    This is the only game I'm having issues with. All the other games I play are functioning normally.
