Merge Academy Treasure Trove

I got the same "darn" thing.   Get the three treasure chest pieces, put them together, and only get a single globe of energy.  To spend all this time playing that "darn" game (countless hours) to get the three pieces to build the chest and only get a small globe full of energy is bull crap.   I think there was somewhere around 6 or 8 units of energy in that globe and nothing else in that  3 piece treasure chest.  That has never happened before, so I am left to conclude that it was an intentional act.  There was less energy in that little globe than if I had just picked up the maximum energy under one broken tile.  What a complete joke.

I don't expect Pogo to make things right.  As I have said above, I find it hard to believe that it wasn't an intentional act, given that it has never happened before.

I have been with Pogo for several years.   My renewal isn't that far off.  I am tired of getting shafted by Pogo.  If there isn't significant improvement without all of the excuse making, I don't think I will be renewing.  It will free up  countless hours for me to do other things, which is probably better for my overall health anyway.

I don't want to read excuses.  I am tired of the excuses.  I am nauseated by the excuses.  And no, I am not using old software and hardware.  I am completely up to date.  So let's stop the nonsense.  And to whomever keeps making excuses on here, you aren't helping.  It is really getting old and you are only making matters worse with the excuse making.   The excuse making just increases the level of frustration.  For once, just own up to it.  I don't come back to read responses, because I know what is going to be posted before I read it.

And  Pogo, grow up.  You bleep out a word that can be used on any over the air FCC monitored television channel without any issue.  Could you be anymore childish? I had to reword it so posters didn't think I was using the "F" word.  You bleep out a word which is what beavers do to a body of water, just spelled one letter differently?  Wow.  Just wow.

And enough with the surveys.  I am tired of them.  It wouldn't be bad if the surveys weren't so poorly put together.  In one of the most recent surveys I answered a question which made many of the questions below it irrelevant, but I still had to answer those questions  in order to submit the survey.

And finally, will you stop shoving those gem purchase popups into just about every game I play?    The most recent one being  in Treasure Trove.  And  there is now an icon on the main page of Merge Academy for purchases.  I am not buying.  So just stop it.

The only thing I got out of the chest was that jingle bell "Joker lvl 1"!!  I wish I had gotten an energy ball or literally anything else!  Usually that chest explodes with all kinds of goodies that make the side quest actually worth doing.  If just one item is going to be permanent moving forward I won't spend so much money buying gems!  It takes so much energy to generate all the items one needs to break up those tiles towards the last 2 rows.  I have been enjoying it up until yesterday when all of the glitching started; shockingly it was right about the same time they dumped the "opportunities" to buy upgrade packages.  I have restarted my computer and tried using several different internet options, but there is so much glitching trying to generate and merge items that I have accidentally trashed or sold a lot of unintended items.  At least Merge Academy still has an "Undo" option... for now. 😠

Agreed to all of this.  Did you happen to get any glitching when you merge items that start exactly when the "amazing upgrades purchasing opportunity" dropped?  If this is just the way it is moving forward I will probably leave Merge Academy; Farm Merge has been pretty fun so far.

I have played Farm Merge, but I have gotten bored with it.  I have a whole bunch of cards that don't match anything.  I also am not too thrilled that it is just too  easy to accidentally purchase something, due to the fact that Pogo put the purchase popup directly underneath the opening of crates popup so that if a player accidentally clicks too many times on the crates and the crates run out, the player will accidentally purchase something.  Pogo could put that purchase popup anywhere on the screen, but it just so happens that they put it directly underneath the crates.   Pogo does that with multiple games and I find that a sleezy way to get players to buy something that they wouldn't have otherwise bought.

I know it is only a game, but it is also pretty gross that they have names for the farm animals that get slaughtered.

Tile Hero is a joke.  I have been stuck on one screen for several weeks.  So much so, that I don't go back to try to get past it very often..

If Pogo doesn't find a way to compensate for what  I would call "bait and switch" with the current Treasure Trove  3 piece chest issue, I will be completely done with Merge Academy.  Where is all the energy that is normally in the chest?  Where are all the coins that are normally in the chest?  Where are all the clocks that are normally in the three piece combined chest?

There are also issues with Mahjong  Sanctuary.  Every so often crust covered tiles won't get clearly exposed when they should.  On more than one occasion I have had two tiles left on top of each other and no other tiles on the board.  And the top tile was still crust covered.   It has happened on other occasions as well. with a few more tiles on the board.    What has made it even more frustrating, is that I have wasted multiple powerups and boosters on many of those boards that I would have otherwise cleared if it weren't for that "glitch".  That is, if it really is a glitch.

Yes, Same thing happened to me last night, 8/7/26.  I only got 1 large clock from the treasure chest.  

What is happening in Treasure Trove from Merge Academy.  In the Treasure Chest I only got 1 clock.  Nothing else.

Yeah, the lag time when trying to spawn, merge, or claim items is absolutely awful.  To add insult to injury, I opened a pack of orange stickers and once again, received no new stickers.  I thought Pogo had resolved that issue some time back, but I guess the new "ad" in game has fouled up everything again.  I haven't gotten the 3rd chest yet, I most likely will before the event is finished.  I think I'll wait to open it and see if Pogo fixes their garbage.  

Hi, yes. I have lagging when trying to merge items and sometimes when they merged the disappeared and then reappeared a second or two later. My computer is up to date and I have no issues streaming videos, uploading videos to my You Tube channel, just this new stuff on POGO. Thanks for the input.

Thanks for sharing that you are having issues too. Funny thing, I just renewed my subscription this month, go figure.

Well at least I'm not alone, and I know POGO has the issue and needs to remedy it.  Thanks for the input.
