Monopoly Sudoku

When I load the game, I collect only rents that have reached the maximum time.  Everything else resets. For example: if I go to play the game after an hour break, I collect rent for the first two hotels. The remaining hotels reset.  Prior to this latest problem, the remaining hotels would continue to accumulate until they reached their maximum time.  

EA would have some credibility if they acknowledged these reports. Many comments re: Merge Academy not recording crystal for bingo jam. Yet, no response that EA is working to resolve this problem. Along with the many other issues.
