my club pogo account is gone

I do not know what happened. I have never had to sign in to my account. I wanted to edit my email because no mail goes to my aol mail account. Now, my whole old account is gone and I have a Club Pogo subscription. I do not want to lose all my progess and badges. I do not know why I cannot access anything anymore. I pay a lot of money to this site and I want my account fixed.

Perhaps something went wrong with your email address updates. Check if you can sign in again using the steps from this link

If you still can't log in or you forgot the email address you used to set up your Pogo account, go to our EA Help page and chat with an EA Advisor to recover your account.
