My rating goes down even when not playing. can someone explain this?

Hey there, @rlb1964.

If you're able to get the information, can you take down the following information:

What date/time (and timezone) did the issue occur?

What was your rating before the game?

What was your rating at the end of the game?

When you left and came back, what was the rating at that time?

Additionally, if you're able to share your System Information section from the Pogo Compatibility Tool, it would help a lot.
