You auto renewed my account 12/31/2024 but I did NOT receive the 1 free month of Pogo plus 100 gems WHY? and WHY is it so difficult to contact you? You sure don't have trouble taking my money, but I could contact the White House easier! I'm thoroughly disgusted with EA!
