Recently this game has a lock on the level indicator at the lower right hand bottom of the page. Can't play at all. Has this game suddenly become a pogo club exclusive? I tried to get help before, but I never got an answer for tech support.

EA Staff (Retired)The link you sent was for something called windows snip. When I click on that link it comes back saying the page no longer exists
EA Staff (Retired)@howdoyawin Snipping tool is a windows application, you should be able to search for it on a windows device.
If you hit the Windows key on your keyboard and type 'snip' you should see the application come out like this:
Once you click on it, it will open a small window where you can select "new"
Once you select new, it will gray out your screen, you can left-click and hold while dragging over what you want a screenshot of to get a picture. Once you let go of the left mouse click it will show you the image you captured to save so you can add it to your post.
