Re: Completely lost account, thanks pogo

The Problem: I have a classic, 30-year-old legacy Pogo account that you haven't logged into for a few years. When I tried logging in recently with my email (xxxx) and my EA password, it completely bypassed your old account and accidentally created a brand-new, blank Pogo profile instead.

The Goal: You want to get back into your original account, where you hold a Master rank in Checkers and have decades of memories.
The Account Details:
Most Recent Username: StarinGCN
Previous Username: StarinN64
Linked Email: xxxx

What happened:

 I tried logging into my Pogo account but it said the password was incorrect. I then tried my EA password which has the same e-mail and it logged me in but created a new blank Pogo account.

Troubleshooting:

I talked with 3 people in the EA Help chat and they referred me to make a post in this forum.
