No coin received on Merge Academy after purchase with Gems

On Dec 1 2024 I purchased 100 coins on Merge Academy with my 30 gems and never received the coins..  So not sure what I should do.

    Hey there @creeves1223 Sorry to hear that you didn't receive the coins your purchased, unfortunately for account/order issues you will need to contact EA Help directly as sadly we can't help with those issues here on the forums.


    You can get in touch with EA Help by following this link here: I want to check my order status 

    Click on > Chat with us and follow the steps there to create a case.

    Please let us know how it goes and if theres anything else we can do to help

     Thank you so much for responding and I did contact EA but they told me to wait 24 hours and if I don't receive to let them know.  This is the first time I have had any problems with POGO.   Thanks again and have a great day!!

    i have the same problem, opened a case the person said he cant move forward on it and to open another case,, i did and was promosed a gem refund but then told their system was down try again later.. that was almost a week ago,, and the 2nd case is still open and there is not an option to continue chat

    same thing happened to me 12/30/2024.  used 100 gems for 250 coins and my coins remained the same at 8 but Gems decreased.
