No gem credits in Merge Academy.

For the last week I am not getting all the credits for the gems I have earned.  Is this a joke or what.  I am on my last bingo square and it is like the game just said "NO more credits.  You lose."  caseworker35 

I am feeling this game is a scam.  It is not giving me me gem credits for days now.  Help!

    playing challenge and it would not give me my gems that challenge requires

    i got a completed item and it wouldnt give me the gems to win challenge I bought time 3 times to win it so this if wrong and frustrating
