This has been going on for about 3 weeks and there seems to be no further information on this. I am as frustrated as everyone else. Makes me wonder if they are even trying to resolve this.

I am still waiting to!! I don't understand why it's taking so long to resolve this issue. I'm 2 stickers away from finishing a second book and I sure hope there's not going to be the same problem with that one. DRAGONFLI6911
