No sound in any pogo games

2/2/25 I have sound in OTHER FREE game sites and have sound so it is NOT MY  ISSUE.  I  PAY to play Pogo and unless I get my sound back I expect to be compensated for the amount of days I am without sound.  If not, I feel this might end up being a legal matter.  I checked back and it seems Pogo had this same issues a few years ago where only SOME of the PAYING customers did NOT have sound and it went on for quite a while before pogo resolved THEIR  ISSUE.  My subscription was renewed within the past two months so that is NOT an issue.  I have made a copy of this discussion just in case it becomes a legal matter.  I am not beyond seeking legal action.  Pogo is getting away with far too many bugs and someone has to take the lead in stopping this abuse of our rights as paying customers.  If it were FREE I would keep quiet, but I expect service for my subscription!

    Sorry to hear you've been having this issue. I know that that sound can be a big part of the enjoyment when playing a game so I can only imagine how frustrated you must be.

    I'm more than happy to check into this for you, for that I'll need a couple of clarifications just so I can narrow down possible causes.

    Are you playing on PC or on a mobile device?

    If you are playing on PC can you please let me know what browser you are using and if you have tried using a seperate browser.
