Not getting credit for completing orders on Merge

I have finished several orders on Merge for the Bingo Jam and I always hit the save & exit button before leaving. But I am still not getting any credit. It still says "0".

I am out of lives on Tile Hero. For 2 days it has not regenerated lives. It says I still have 0. I have tried logging off and everything.
