Not receiving verification emails

Hello,  Been trying to get into my regular account but suddenly I can't receive verification emails and for some reason my phone is connected to this ld account vs my regular one. Help! Cassla...

Done all those things and still no email.


I receive other emails so not that.

Who can I speak to to merge this account with my main account?
