overcharged for gems

My bank account states that on March 15, 2024 EA charged me $79.98 for 600 gems.   I bought 600 gems and the price is $39.99 not $79.98.   Please refund the difference.   If this is not resolved immediately I will call my bank.   Thanks, Denise

  • I just had the same thing just happen to me, did they ever get that taken care of for you? Do you know if they have a contact number or is this all through clickable links and so on? Appreciate any help. Sorry it happen to you as well, hope they were respectable and took care of the issue immediately.

    No, they do not have a contact number and my case was never resolved.   I never received a refund even though I provided screenshots of my Gem Transaction History and my Bank Account Transactions.    I was told I spend the gems that I never received.    

    Good luck to you, hope you have a different outcome than I did.
