Same. I keep getting this error after it loads halfway. 

Yes. Same. It keeps saying: 

A problem repeatedly occurred on "https://www.pogo.com/games/solitaire-home-story/play".

I'm having a similar issue. I opened the game, and it starts with the "tips". There are usually 2 tips and the game opens. Tonight, the tips just keep going and the game doesn't open. What's the problem?

I have had trouble loading Merge academy for a few weeks now. via google, and like Athscter, will not go past the tips & hints screen. Tried microsoft edge, it worked for a couple of weeks, but again that has now stopped 2 days ago, I have been playing on my android phone, that works....just. but I can play any other game on the main browsers. just not Merge, and it is the only game I am addicted to, and set my times for the gifts. It has been like this now for 4 weeks. even rebooted, also when I load Pogo in general it also seems to forget who I am and makes me sign in 80% of the time. Please can you update as to why this is happening.

Same here. Today is day 3 that it won't open. the initial page comes up showing the tips. There are usually two of these and the game opens but now it doesn't, and the tips just keep scrolling. Why would a daily challenge be offered when you can't play the game????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could you let me know what steps you've tried and what device you're playing from?

There are no steps that can be taken when I can't get beyond the first page. I am using Microsoft Edge.

I am on an iPad and have tried from my iPhone as well. Every other game is working but my solitaire home story just keeps crashing before it loads completely
