Paid for my monthly subscription, but not giving me access to CLUB POGO

I have been charged twice for my monthly subscription, but the site says I don't have an active CLUB POGO account.  PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.  I HAVE LOGGED OUT AND BACK IN, BUT I STILL CAN'T PLAY ANY OF THE CLUB POGO GAMES. 

Also, please apply the duplicate payment to next month.  It keeps asking me to restart my club pogo account.  WHY???
