EA Staff (Retired)Hi @redruby111 To confirm can you try going through the following steps if you have not and let is know if you continue running into these issues?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games
I have done all those things. Played incongnito on Edge and Chrome didn't help. In fact Monopoly Sudoku was very slow. I have clean cache everytime it slows down. Works for a couple hands and goes right back to being slow. Every thing is up to date. I worked with Geek Squad so that isn't the problem. Thanks for your response.

This happens on Edge and Chrome. Both are up to date. I am playing a on desk top computer.
