I must first say that I have not heard about emails being sent out regarding "wrong debit card details". I would highly suggest not responding to this email and simply double checking that your payment information is updated and correct.
For payment-related issues, you can contact EA Help and speak with them privately through their secure channels, simply log in with your Pogo credentials.
