Peggle Blast on Pogo - Game freezing

Peggle blast freezing as soon as I use Tulsa light

@stingfaf115 Do you get an error message, is it trying to load/refresh the page, or do all controls simply stop?

      Thanks for providing further details, could you try going through the steps list in our Pogo Troubleshooting Guide and let us know if this continues?

        I have tried multiple devices and browsers and still can’t play no error message just freezes after I use tulas light plz fix this game has been months

    @EA_Illium Went through all the suggestions used different browsers and devices still freezes as soon as I use tulas light it’s the only issue I have with that game all other powerups work except for this one

      @stingfaf115 Same here did everything suggested and game still freezes for 2 years have been reporting this issue

    this is an ongoing issue. No matter what platform I’m on. 
    the email for help/contact us doesn’t load. Much lost credits and Peggle coins

    @EA_Illium No errors message just freezes as soon asi use light power up

    It freezes completely and since a lot of people are having this problem a lot of people will not be able to participate in the challenge that is happening right now and that’s not fair this has been too long for the issue not to be resolved yet
