Phlinx II issue

Greetings,

I am having an issue with Phlinx II. First level (Isis Pyramid) shows I've won 4/4. Second level (Isis Temple) shows 2/8. Third level (Isis Gate) shows 0/4. Fourth level (Celestial Phlinx) shows 3/3.

Every time I complete the first three levels, Phlinx resets them to 0/4, 0/8 and 0/4 respectively. Level 4 stays 3/3.

I have done this several times and it is infuriating! Can this be fixed so that I can advance past Celestial Phlinx?

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?



Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game

Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)

Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates

Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot or video clip of the Error as well as a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

I'm having the same problem and I've done the fix (which cleared up the problem I was having with other games, namely Crossword Cove) and the same thing happens to my game. I just finished Osiris gate and everything before it reverts to zero, yet the next level never loses its glyphs. I also can't even go to the next level so something is wrong with this level. Something is amiss, yes? Thanks.

I am also having the same issue I have been made to repeat the Set Temple, Set Pyramid and Set Gate 4x now. I stop after having a couple of glyphs on the Set Gate and when I come back I have to start all over again. This is very frustrating to say the least. Please can you fix this so that I can advance in the game?

I am convinced there is a glitch in the game itself. I have finished the games before the celestial phalanx and all my progress gets erased. I already had the three glyphs needed, they're still there and I can't move on. EVERY time my progress is erased. I've done the fix, which did fix Crossword Cove and others but this is in the game itself. Can someone do something about this please, someone like a coder? It would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

I am so aggravated with this game resetting . I have done everything it says in the comments still resets. You need to fix this on your end. I'm not going to keep paying for something and it's not working.

I'm still having the issue. No error message. The levels just keep resetting as detailed in my initial post.

I am having the same issue right now. I have done everything that has been suggested and cannot get past the Celestial Phlinx. It shows the glyphs collected but it won't move to the next level. There is also an "explanation" icon on the collections. I keep getting the same 3 Glyphs every time I play it.
