Phlinx weekly challenge game

IN this weeks Phlinx challenge game.  The weekly game.  It doesn't seem to be counting red stones that drop as the instructions say.  It may only be counting each time you hit a red stone rather  than how many drop.  At this rate you would have to play strictly phlinx for several hours a day, every day of the week until next Wednesday morning.  Can you please explain this to me.

    HI @shirley2315 To confirm the challenge will count for any red stones dropped at the bottom, by clearing the balls and holding them up (above them). Stone broken by connecting 3 should not count. 

    Can you try the following steps and confirm if this works as intended for you?

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

    I agree.  No matter how often cache is cleared etc.,  stones do not count.  In order to get 700 red stones I will play more than 700 game.  WHY even do this for a weekly challenge?  IT Is NOT challenging.  It is mind numblingly BORING. 

    FIX IT.

    All we get for weekly is solitaire, solitaire sollitaire.  And Majhong.  How about some Scrabble more word games. SOMETHING besides solitaire and bejwelled and Quinn's aquarium.  Been a member for a long time,  but getting fed up.

    @peggy00753 Hi, I realize the Phlinx challenge is over, but for future reference: I normally play the Tutorial 2-3 times then play a regular game. I've played the Tutorial more than 2-3 times before and had the game freeze. I'd have to reload the game and start the Tutorial again, losing that progress. Playing 2-3 Tutorials, I haven't had any problems.

    Others play the Tutorial first; then choose Horus Pyramid <glyphs 4/4> on the right side and click on Play
    They do not play the game; and instead choose New Game at lower left. When it asks if player wants to start a new game, player chooses YES. When the next screen pops up, player chooses Continue, and then player can see how many he/she has towards the badge. Player is now back at the main screen and can repeat the steps as much as player needs to finish off the badge.

    Hope these tips help you to get credit for the badge from playing the Tutorial first. ~ Good luck!

    Yes,  this challenge is over.  And I got the badge.  And yes I was so bored and now hate the game so much that I will never do it again I hope!  

    However,  I will say again,  no one there seems to understand our questions.

    I was not freezing.  I had no problems with cache or history.  ( Famous answer for all game sites no matter the game or the problem  tell us to clear cache and history etc.).   ALL I wanted to know was how the game was scored.  Because  certainly not all of the red stones dropped were counted in each game. Sometimes I actually LOST some of the numbers.  I know how to check my score,  know how to make it easier by replaying the first game.  I just do NOT know how that game scores.  Every stone that drops should count?  But clearly it doesn't.  

    Like I said MIND numbingly BORING!!!!
