Im trying to figure out why my chat doesn't work in Canasta.All my other game chats work, not that one. I have never abused anyone, or said bad things to or about anyone. I have had some people say HORRIBLE things to me, and called me really bad names, etc. Had some say I have a program , to win etc. If someone could check my chats out in canasta, they will find this to be true,.Wish someone could give me an answer, or solve this problem for me. Would like help, and an answer., PLEASE.

It appears you're running the Legacy version of Microsoft Edge, which is no longer supported, so it may be causing some issues here. You can get the updated version of Edge at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge. Once it's installed, you should show version 85.0.564.51 (latest as of this post). That's definitely no good there. Do you get an error message when you try to access chat in Canasta?

Im acrually referring to the chat in the room Im in with my opponent, in the game. Just the 2 of us, in the room. I used to write.. Hi gl , gm gl, whatever. I write something, when I push send, what I wrote just disappears, and its gone. Don't know why I cant talk to my opponent. I realize that some have no chat , and don't wish to chat, and Im fine with that. But now, I cant talk to anyone, in my room. And.. I pushed the chat button,in the right corner of my screen, and the chat came up...I wrote in there, pushed send button, and my chat showed up to the right of everyone elses.Theirs was all on the left..mine was on the right side. Cant understand that.

Thanks for the additional information. I'll be happy to send this up to the Pogo team. Before I do that, there is a quick bit of information we'll need. Can you share your Pogo Compatibility Tool information? This will help them determine if there's anything specific that might be blocking chat.
