please help with pogo daily Sudoku issue

   For over 2 months now I haven't been able to attempt working on any pogo daily sudoku challenges because my game has not worked correctly. It loads good and I can get to the start of a game but that's it. I cant highlight any numbers or change the marker that you can use to put numbers in the squares,  it does nothing. I have wanted to get help with it but since there is no customer service and filling out the form to send is impossible I will post this and cross my fingers hoping some one will resolve this issue. I put it off  until this last bingo challenge with all the squares and the center one was daily sudoku. That really messed me up on getting several bingos and free gems and badges. I play on my HP laptop with goggle chrome 142.0.7444.234   64 bit. Thanks for reading this and hope you can help, Truday2263
