PLEASE tell me what to do to get the new Jigsaw pieces to move!

Please tell me what to do to get the Jigsaw pieces to move..nothing I've tried is working!

Puzzles pieces do not move or move so slowly and incorrectly as to be not worth playing.  I am, as usual, using Chrome browser with Windows 10.  Scan checks out everything okay.  This is really tiring and trying--it seems like every game I choose to play on this "new and improved" site has something wrong with it. Won't be renewing again.

Sign me "Fed Up"!

Pieces of puzzle are slow to react and then will not move to where I want them to go.  Not first time for this issue.  It is impossible to play.
