Pogi Pass not giving rewards for games

I purchased the pogi pass for Triton the Bold, many of the rewards are not being added to the games, there were several for Merge Academy the I know did not load to the game, who knows how many other...

I didn't purchase the pass, but have noticed that anytime I choose extra energy in Merge Academy from the free Pogi awards it doesn't show up in the game. I have closed and refreshed multiple times. This is seriously annoying.
