pogis not turning into gems

I have been a member of POGO for many years. Ive notice and unhappy with all the pogis I earn and not getting gems that i work hard for. I dont know how much longer i'll be a member if they dont give you gems that i have earned. Quinns Aquarium is my favorite game and i use the gems to purchase shuffles . now i cant get them .
