Pogo account
I had an account with pogo for a long time (20 + years). I created a new pogo account because I didn't think I could get my other one back. It tied the new one to my EA account. I then was able to retrieve my original pogo account. When I got it, it sent me an e-mail asking me to change my password, and then it told me to enter an e-mail. I put the same e-mail in that it just sent my password update to, but it said I had to chose a different one because that email was now tied to the new pogo account that connected to my EA account with that password. I rushed to cox.net to create a new email, so I could get set up with my old pogo account. After I created an email (so I thought), I went to verify it. I went back to my email to see if I got it. It said I didn't have that email. I contacted cox, and they told me they stopped allowing new cox emails in September. I then went and updated the email to yahoo, but I am not receiving anything. I am trying to get EA to help me. Every time I email them, I get people responding to me apologizing to me and asking how many coins I lost. I have been asked that three time and not once did I write to them about coins. I have talked with them in chat several times. Either their systems are down, and they want me to try back later, or they tell me I don't have the information. I have offered to send them the email showing where it asked for me to change my password which If they didn't request it, it would have still been set up with a verified email. I have offered to send them copies of my bank statement to show where I have purchased the upgrade. I have offered to send my drivers license to prove who I am and help me get my pogo account connected to the EA account I use. I have looked on EA about getting help with this, and it states that they can delete accounts you dont' want and help you get your stuff on the EA account you use yet they aren't willing to do it for me. I don't know what to do now because I only had the one server email, and this yahoo email wont' work. Now origin wont' let me in unless I type in a code.

Update: I was finally able to get a call back from EA, and they have fixed my issue.
