Pogo badge/challenge not activating

@EA_Illium the game was working but then started only loading half way once I complete a scene and I have done all of the troubleshooters

Can't play the challenge event in Peggle blast. I have been trying to work with EA for days all suggestions have failed. I am stuck at 41%. New challenges in the Picture treasure event work, just this one stopped. Very disappointed with EA and their responses or lack of.

Hi @cp9196

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?

Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

I did everything you suggested and then tried to open it on all thr=e different platforms. NO Success. Not sure where to go from here, I can'r complete the event challenge without this game.

  PS I also tried it on my Samsung Phone and Tablet. Didn't work on either.

@EA_Illium You don't appear to be responding to my replies. Noting you suggested worked, so I have stopped playing to challenge since I won't be able to complete it. Please review my responses so see e everything I have tried.

  Hi @cp9196 Thanks for trying those steps, it seems we may have had a brief issue that should now be cleared. Can you check now if you progress continues when playing?

    @EA_Illium I am still not receiving credit on either Safari, Chrome or Fire Fox. I cleared the cache for each restarted the computer before I made my attempt to play the game.

@EA_Illium I have done all of those things with no success. I was able to play the mini challenge they just put out on Peggle Blast and received a badge but even that game play didn't acknowledge any progress on The Picture Challenge that started last week.
