Pogo badge/challenge not activating
@EA_Illium the game was working but then started only loading half way once I complete a scene and I have done all of the troubleshooters

Please check the forums. Several users, including myself, have reported that many of our recently purchased challenges have disappeared and reverted to unowned - without returning the gems used to purchase them. I checked my account and I purchased several challenges this week and last week and all are gone. When will this be listed as a 'Current issue' and more importantly, when will it be addressed?

I've purchased two challenges this morning, activated them only to receive an error message that the 'system not available'. I've paid for Word Wromp twice now. Please see attached documentation:

I am having same issue bought the word whomp challenge then when I try to activate it it says system not available and then shows I need to purchase again I did purchase 3 times I want my coins back....I am getting very upset
same thing happened to me i bought one this morning and t took 48 gems away but wont give me the challende
- @dbowend630 I have also lost all my purchased badges...it only shows the one for word whomp which I also had to purchase twice !

I had the same problem with Garden Blast. Bought 3 badges once and did not get. So I did it again and still did not get. lost 104 in gems today. How can I get this fixed? Thank you

I have lost 5 pages of purchased badges that I have not activated yet. What's going on!!!!

I purchased Pack 4 of the vintage postcards yesterday (Feb 27) and today they are gone and my gems were not reimbursed. Please fix this issue!!!
- @maha99571 thanks for replying on this. i have about 45 pages if not more of mix n match badges that i own. now only 14 pages of badges. im sure pogo will fix it its a glitch.i buy so many badges

- @maha99571 I was told yesterday that the issue & my gems should be returned in 24 hours...nope, no purchased challenges returned or the 70 gems I still have not seen yet. I had over 4000 badges earned, I am afraid to look at that now...come on Pogo!!!!!
Fortunately, I purchased only one for Word Whomp, tried to activate it and got the System Unavailable message.
I thought my transaction must have not gone through, so I purchased it again. Tried to activate - same message.
I cut a problem ticket with EA and have yet to get a reply. Probably because they're inundated with problem tickets!
