pogo bowl

The ball travels above the lane surface and then disappears before striking the pins.

A new ball appears, and the same thing happens again. Neither ball strikes the pins and the game scores a zero for the frame.

    Thanks for letting us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment, could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to sign in manually
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    Also, ensure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information

     

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?
    • Screenshot of how your game appears...

    To whomever is in charge...PLEASE fix the game. I have been using the same computer, browser and all the other stuff but Pogo Bowl has not worked correctly since you changed the format. I have the same issues as above but nothing ever seems to get done.
