Pogo Daily Sudoku Not Working

Hi, whenever I click on any of the numbers or icons in Pogo Daily Sudoku nothing happens.  I cannot open a case on it because Pogo Daily Sudoku is not listed. VERY FRUSTRATING! Can someone please help with this??? I know it is a system problem as I can play other games without any problem.  I have tried playing Pogo Daily Sudoku in other browsers and on other computers - the same result. Pogo Daily Sudoku needs to be fixed. How can I bring this to EA's attention?

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

    I have tried all of the things you suggested and I am still having the same problem.  Nothing happens when I try to click on any of the numbers or icons in Daily Sudoku. I can play Monopoly Sudoku and other games without any problems.  Pogo Daily Sudoku is the only one I am having trouble with.

    I did not receive any further help on this issue from EA.  I finally figured out on my own the problem with the POGO Daily Sudoku was the background theme not loading correctly.  As soon as I changed the background theme, the game started working again.

    i am having problems with the background themes not showing. when i looked at the tech stuff it is saying that "Failed to load data content unavailable Resource was not cached. So EA programmers can you fix the background themes thanks.
