Pogo gems

I'm missing gems and i can not contact support to solve this issue.

Half of the people playing POGO have not been able to buy Gems from pogo and it has not been fixed since it started for me around December of 2024.  I personally have lost over 100 Plus gems over past year from using Gems and not getting them.  For me to use gems I have to earn them. Just today used 20 GEMS to buy Energy for Merge Academy and as usual I lost the gems and got no Energy of 100 for 20 gems (incase people at EA see's this). Wish they would finally do something. There is a loop when buying gems that you can't get past so you can't but GEMS. It has nothing to do (Repeating myself for the 50th time) what credit card you use or using paypal which EA keeps asking everyone to use and to clean out your browsers history which doesn't work.

Haven't wrote in a few months in hoping EA will fix this simple problem. Guess how much EA is losing on profits. They need to check sales from a year ago to today.

I do hope they answer your call for help and fix it but I have noticed even by chatting with them up until 5 months ago when they seem to stop chatting  they promise to DO but Don't. Losing gems and can't buy gems is a REAL PAIN! Good luck to you.

I've still not been awarded the 2250 tokens I ordered through Paypal on 12 Jul.  The money has been taken out of my account, but no tokens.  I have made subsequent payments and the tokens showed up immediately.  What gives?  Anyone else experiencing this with Pogo?

I cannot figure out how to reach anyone, pogo.com is linking to a 404 error.

I purchased 1325 gems, which shows in my transaction history under my Pogo profile, but was charged for what they are calling 1563 gems which was double the price according to EA.

Any have this happening and/or know a way to reach someone? This is obviously more urgent than a game not loading properly.
